Our Promise to You
At Collected Soul, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, we stand fully behind the quality of our products and will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is the wrong item, we will replace or refund it — no questions asked. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Sizing
We strongly encourage you to review the size chart on each product page before ordering. Our tees are printed on Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed blanks — true to size with a relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we'll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we're unable to cancel.
